12 days of holiday gaming?

Transcending Pixels is certainly not going to nap through the holiday season! What with all the snow/tropical humidity and all wherever you're reading this right now.

Keep an eye out for a new game spotlight, every day, starting this Friday the 14th.

an UPDATE! and, would you kindly?

SURPRISE! I'm still alive!

Now I'm sure you must have many questions accumulated over my unexpected and yet expected absence. What are you going with your life? Are you still playing games? Do you love me? The answers to all of those are, respectively, I have no idea what I'm doing with my life, I try to play games as much as I feasibly can while trying to figure out what my life is for, and yes, I love YOU, random reader!

While in the past I have discussed the very real possibility of moving Transcending Pixels to a new collaborative gamer site I'm creating called Less Than 3 Geeks (and as of now that is still the plan, and what little time I have for blogging and such I'm devoting to setting up this site and so that's why nothing new has been on here in a whiles), I am not declaring the blog to be "defunct" by any means. I'm still very much available by email and if you follow me on any other networks you'll know I'm quite around, as well as involved in the gaming community. And BECAUSE I'm still involved in the gaming community, I'm going to have a very exciting opportunity to play video games. all. day. long.

(And more importantly, it's) for a charitable cause. Mark your calendars for Saturday the 20th.

If you're at all up to date on the Internet and video games, you probably recognize I'm talking about Extra Life. If you've never heard of it, all you need to know is that, in return for the pleasure of watching me play every game ever reviewed on Transcending Pixels (and then some!), would you kindly donate a reasonable number of monies to me, which in turn will go 100% entirely to support my local children's hospital (Primary Children's Medical Center, for anyone reading this in Utah). Even if you're just as broke as I am, even a single dollar would be awesome and help fill up my little meter! (For the record, I really don't get any reward for doing this other than playing games and the simple pleasure of seeing the meter fill up. All of your money goes straight to Children's Miracle Network hospitals.) You can donate online or offline (assuming you know me in real life... stalkers).

So? Would you kindly? *cough cough* Would. You. Kindly?
